Receptionist- Food Bank
The Food Pantry Receptionist primary responsibility is to assist the Pantry Manager with the day to day operations of the food Pantry. Occasional weekend work my be necessary.What You Will DoStock shelves and unload products. Standing up and lift 50 pounds.Ensures patient confidentiality, and provides patients with needed information.Schedules appointments,, and maintains smooth patient flow throughout clinic.Collects and receives patient fees.Maintain positive and professional attitude toward other employees and staff.Greets patients and answers telephone in a courteous and professional manner, addresses questions and directs calls.What You Will BringValid Driver's License required, employee will drive agency vehicle when requiredMust be able to lift 50 poundsBilingual in English/Spanish requiredAs part of South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc.'s commitment to patient and staff safety, all employees are required to comply with the annual influenza vaccination policy.
