As a team member, you are expected to represent the store professionally and help maintain a positive environment. Daily Responsibilities Greet every customer as they enter the store. Help customers find products and answer questions honestly. Operate the register accurately and handle cash/card transactions. Verify IDs for all age-restricted purchases—no exceptions. Restock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the day. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing products. Follow all company policies and applicable state and federal laws. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Customer Service Expectations Be friendly, respectful, and professional. Never argue with customers. If an issue cannot be resolved, contact a manager. Recommend products based on customer needs without being pushy. Thank every customer for their business before they leave. Store Expectations Arrive on time and in proper work attire. No personal phone use while assisting customers. Keep the sales floor, counters, and storage areas clean. Work as a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers. Protect company property and maintain accurate inventory. Compliance Because we sell age-restricted products, checking valid government-issued identification is mandatory. Failure to follow ID policies or company procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
