Action Against Hunger USA currently manages operations in Kenya, South Sudan, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia, and Haiti.About The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Officer, Fundraising Systems to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Private Fundraising’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment and related fundraising systems.Reporting within the External Relations team, this role is responsible for strengthening system functionality, supporting integrations and automations, improving data integrity, and helping ensure fundraising teams have the tools and support needed to operate effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for a systems-focused professional who combines strong Salesforce expertise with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising Systems AdministrationServe as the primary system administrator for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account EngagementManage additional fundraising tools and platforms used across the team, including Basecamp, Bitwarden, and FunraiseIdentify, implement, and maintain applications, enhancements, and system improvements that support fundraising operationsDocument customizations, support upgrades and releases, and help plan for long-term systems developmentIntegrations, Automation & Data QualitySupport and maintain integrations across fundraising and enterprise platforms, including 360 SMS, Power BI, Conga Composer, Funraise, and Microsoft toolsAutomate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, validation rules, and related functionalityAudit and maintain data quality and consistency across systemsTroubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to develop effective solutionsReporting, Training & Team SupportPartner on the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics in Power BI and SalesforceProvide onboarding and ongoing training for users across fundraising systemsHelp strengthen team-wide adoption, process consistency, and overall Salesforce capability across the External Relations departmentContribute to key fundraising systems projects and other operational priorities as neededWho We’re Looking ForYou are a detail-oriented systems professional who enjoys improving processes, solving technical challenges, and supporting teams through strong systems administration and user enablement.
