Educate customers on various life insurance products, coverage options, and benefits. Provide accurate and timely quotes for life insurance policies based on customer needs. Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and claims processing. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
