Job Description Experienced CNC Programmer(Mastercam)/Machinist and machine operator Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of CNC programming, machining processes, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs, setting up and operating CNC machines, and ensuring the highest quality of our manufactured parts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and modify CNC programs using Mastercam for 4 and 5 axis milling machines.Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring that all parts meet precise specifications.Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for each job.Conduct regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and workflow.Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and regulations.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CNC programmer/machinist.Proficient in CAD/CAM software preferably Mastercam.Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Must be able to pass criminal background check and be a citizen or permanent resident.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team.
