Join us in fueling our customers' passion for the auto enthusiast lifestyle while building a fulfilling career.What You'll DoKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Support and Execution - Act as a key support to the Store Manager by:Assisting in daily shop operations and workflow coordinationActively participate in product installations alongside the team, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company standards Reinforcing company goals and priorities with the teamLeading by example in productivity, attitude, and work qualityShop Operations - Help drive efficient day-to-day shop performance through:Coordinating installation schedules and project timelinesEnsuring proper use of tools, equipment, and workspace organizationMonitoring workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtimeStaff Development And Engagement - Support Team Growth ByAssisting with onboarding and training of new team membersProviding ongoing feedback and guidance to staffPromoting a positive, team-oriented work environmentCustomer Experience - Deliver High-quality Service BySupporting customer interactions throughout the project lifecycleAssisting in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionallyEnsuring installations meet quality and timeline expectationsInventory and Shop Organization - Maintain control and accuracy through:Assisting with inventory tracking and stock organizationSupporting ordering and receiving processesKeeping the shop clean, safe, and well-organizedOperational Standards - Uphold Company Standards ByFollowing safety protocols and compliance requirementsMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areasSupporting loss prevention and proper material usageDaily LifeImagine your day: You'll be working closely with the Store Manager and installation team to keep projects on track, ensure the shop runs efficiently, and deliver high-quality results to customers.
