Commercial Transformation Consultant (B2B)We are seeking an experienced strategy consultant to undertake a short-term 3-6 month project-based assignment supporting a key commercial excellence initiative.The assignment will focus on finalising the design and driving implementation of a B2B customer segmentation model, working closely with cross-functional teams to embed a more structured and differentiated commercial approach. The individual will be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, typical of top-tier consulting engagements, and deliver clearly defined outputs within a compressed timeframe.Key Responsibilities:Leading the development of the customer segmentation frameworkFacilitating workshops with commercial, marketing and other functional teams to define tailored service propositions by segmentSupporting the planning and execution of implementation activitiesIdentifying resource requirements and ensuring alignment across the broader transformation agenda.Coordinating with parallel commercial excellence initiatives (including sales capability building, commercial automation and pricing optimisation)Who we're looking for:Background in top-tier strategy consulting, ideally at Senior Manager level or equivalent.Experience in B2B commercial excellence within industrial sectors (chemicals experience advantageous but not required)Strong track record in customer segmentation for B2B organisations within global organisationsContract Information:* Position is available on a limited company basis* Location is negotiable however Eat Coast US is strongly preferredCroda recognizes employees as our strength and the diversity they bring to our workforce are directly linked to our ongoing success.
