Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and administering employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulations such as FMLA and COBRA, and managing benefits-related budgets. Key responsibilities include evaluating and recommending benefit plans, analyzing data to optimize program efficiency, and assisting employees in understanding their benefits. Additionally, the Benefits Manager will collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align benefits strategies with organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Benefits Administration and Benefits ManagementStrong knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA regulationsExcellent Analytical Skills for evaluating benefits programs and decision-makingExceptional organizational and communication skillsProficiency with HRIS and benefits management softwareExperience in creating cost-effective benefits strategiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is an advantage
