Flexographic Ink and Plate mounting technician

This position’s main responsibilities will be mixing inks for flexographic printing as well as plate mounting. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations in our printing facility. Experience with ink mixing is preferred, and the salary will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Mix inks according to specified formulas, ensuring accurate color matching and consistency. ·Ensuring proper storage and labeling of inks and plates. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ink mixing area and storage spaces. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous experience in ink mixing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and color perception skills. Ability to accurately follow formulas and instructions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required. Wage will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
