Account Manager (Health & Wellness) — InfusiveHelp clinics deliver better care—and grow their business.Infusive is a hybrid software, supply-chain, and consulting company serving wellness-based clinics that offer IV therapy, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement services. We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to own key accounts end-to-end—onboarding, order fulfillment coordination, customer service, and new sales generation.This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a close-knit team without layers of bureaucratic red tape. You’ll have real ownership, a direct line to leadership, and bonus commissions tied to the sales growth of the accounts you manage.What you’ll doOwn key accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clinics; build trust, understand goals, and drive measurable outcomes.Onboard like a pro: Guide new clinics through go-live—software access, protocol setup, product education, and ordering workflows.Drive revenue: Create account plans, identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell/upsell), and run targeted growth campaigns.Coordinate fulfillment: Partner with our supply team to ensure accurate, on-time orders; monitor inventory, backorders, and substitutions.Deliver white-glove support: Triage issues, resolve tickets quickly, and proactively communicate ETAs, recalls, and alternatives.Forecast & report: Maintain clean CRM hygiene, forecast pipeline, and share weekly growth metrics and insights.Be the voice of the customer: Gather feedback to improve products, pricing, protocols, and operations.Level up the playbook: Document SOPs, best practices, and repeatable processes as we scale.What you’ll bring2–5+ years in account management, customer success, or sales, specifically in medical, healthcare, med-spa, or pharmacy services. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting growth targets.Operational chops—comfortable coordinating orders, logistics, and timelines across multiple vendors.Excellent communication (written & verbal), relationship-building, and expectation-setting skills.CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar) and data-driven decision making.Bias for action—you take ownership, solve problems, and follow through.Familiarity with IV therapy, peptides, HRT, USP 797 considerations, or clinic operations is a plus How we measure success (first 90–180 days)Time-to-value for new accounts (onboarding completed, first order placed).Net revenue growth across your book of business.Account health: order frequency, retention, and satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).CRM accuracy and forecast reliability.Resolution time for support requests.What we offerCompetitive base pay + performance bonuses. Starting pay $50,000-$100,000 depending on experience + bonuses.
