We work closely with clients to navigate complex situations with clarity, sound judgment, and practical solutions.Associate Attorney PositionWe are seeking an associate attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our family law practice.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, is comfortable taking ownership of their work, and values thoughtful, well-reasoned legal analysis.You will work closely with senior attorneys on case evaluation, strategy, and client guidance, while also managing your own responsibilities and contributing meaningfully to case progression.ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload with guidance and collaborationDraft pleadings, motions, and correspondence tailored to each casePrepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and other proceedingsAnalyze legal and factual issues and contribute to case strategyCommunicate directly with clients and opposing counselQualifications JD from an accredited law schoolLicensed in Ohio3–5 years of litigation experience (family law preferred, not required)Strong writing and analytical skillsAbility to stay organized and move cases forwardProfessional, personable, and comfortable working with clientsSomeone who takes pride in producing high-quality, thoughtful workCompensationBase salary: $85,000 – $100,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonus tied to collected revenueThis structure provides a solid base with meaningful upside for strong performance.About Our ApproachAt Atkins and Atkins, we view the practice of law as both a responsibility and a craft.
