WelderJob Category: Field Labor Requisition Number: WELDE002456Posted: April 8, 2026Full-TimeOn-siteRate: $26.87 USD per hourLebanon, KY 40033, USAJob DetailsResponsibilities:Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform the task at hand.Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-cored welding on various metals, including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.Ensure work is done safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.Use a variety of tools and equipment such as plasma cutters, grinders, and hand tools.Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Clean and maintain work area and equipment.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder.Welding certification (such as AWS or ASME) preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Ability to use hand and power tools.Strong communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good physical condition and endurance.Must pass a welding test.Physical Demands:This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazardsThe ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs.The ability to stand for long periods of time.The ability to work in various weather conditions.Please beware of scams.
