This role provides operational leadership and support to district managers while helping align field operations with company strategy, safety expectations, quality standards, and core values.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage people, processes, communication, and operational performance across multiple locations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to:Lead and support daily operations across all company districts and facilitiesPartner with executive leadership to implement operational strategies and company initiativesEnsure consistency in operational procedures, reporting, safety practices, and customer service standards across all locationsHold district leaders accountable for operational, financial, and safety performanceDevelop and maintain operational KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability measuresReview operational and financial reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementConduct regular site visits to support district teams, evaluate operations, and reinforce company standardsAssist with staffing, workforce planning, scheduling, and operational readinessPromote communication and collaboration between operations, HR, finance, QHSE, and field personnelSupport the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and process improvementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employeesAssist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning effortsDemonstrate and promote alignment with company core values in daily activitiesContribute to the overall team effort by completing related tasks and responsibilitiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Service industry or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership or multi-location management requiredValid driver’s license requiredAbility to travel regularly between company locationsJob Skills and CompetenciesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teamsHigh level of integrity, accountability, and professionalismExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of operational workflows, budgeting, and performance managementAbility to interpret financial reports, job costing, and operational metricsEffective decision-making skills in fast-paced environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain operational consistencyExperience implementing structure, accountability, and continuous improvement initiativesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Familiarity with EOS / Traction principles is helpful but not requiredExperience with NDT operations, API standards, ASNT, OSHA, ANSI, or related industry standards is preferred.
