We are seeking a Global Enablement Manager to support a global Ads Enablement team. This role will focus on enabling internal teams across advertising operations, billing workflows, and brand partnerships by developing scalable training, documentation, workflows, and readiness programs.This position plays a critical role in ensuring sales, partnerships, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders can effectively utilize internal tools, execute operational processes, and support advertising initiatives at scale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, operationally minded, and experienced translating complex systems and workflows into clear, actionable enablement programs.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Enablement Strategy & PlanningOwn and execute a 9-month enablement roadmap focused on internal tools, billing workflows, and brand partnershipsMaintain continuity across existing and in-flight enablement initiatives during the engagement periodPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Billing, Market Activation, and Brand Partnerships teams to align priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needsInternal Tools EnablementDesign and deliver training and documentation for internal sales and operational tools including CRM, call intelligence, and advertising workflow platformsSupport sales and partnerships teams with opportunity management, campaign workflows, and operational tracking processesTranslate complex system capabilities into simplified, role-based workflows and enablement materialsPartner with Product and Systems teams to stay ahead of platform updates and ensure organizational readiness through release notes, guides, and training contentBilling & Operational ReadinessLead enablement efforts for advertising billing workflows and operational processesEnsure cross-functional teams understand dependencies, timelines, approvals, and operational requirements impacting billing executionDevelop and maintain process documentation including workflow diagrams, FAQs, troubleshooting resources, and training materialsPartner with Billing, Finance, and Operations stakeholders to identify friction points and rapidly update enablement resources as processes evolveBrand Partnerships EnablementPartner with Brand Partnerships teams to understand workflows, operational needs, and deal structuresCreate enablement resources supporting complex partnership workflows across internal systems and operational processesSupport go-to-market readiness for evolving partnership offerings by ensuring teams understand workflows, operational requirements, and internal processesContent Creation, Delivery & MeasurementBuild and maintain scalable enablement assets including playbooks, workflow guides, training materials, videos, FAQs, and self-service resourcesDeliver enablement through live sessions, virtual trainings, and globally accessible content formatsDefine and track success metrics related to tool adoption, workflow utilization, billing accuracy, and training completionShare insights and recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teamsStakeholder Management & Feedback LoopsAct as a trusted cross-functional partner to Sales, Brand Partnerships, Billing, Operations, Product, and Market Activation teamsFacilitate ongoing feedback loops to identify pain points, operational gaps, and process improvement opportunitiesSynthesize regional and stakeholder feedback into prioritized recommendations for Product, Operations, and Billing teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsEnablement & Operational Experience5–8+ years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales Operations, or related roles within advertising, media, SaaS, or technology environmentsExperience designing and delivering enablement programs for internal tools, systems, or operational workflowsExperience supporting advertising operations, sales organizations, or partnership teams within complex operational environmentsTechnical & Systems KnowledgeFamiliarity with CRM platforms, operational systems, call intelligence tools, or advertising technology platformsExperience with advertising operations, ad tech, ad-serving systems, or internal advertising workflow tools strongly preferredUnderstanding of billing workflows, revenue operations, or operational execution processes within media, publisher, or streaming environmentsCommunication & Program ManagementExcellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skillsProven ability to simplify complex systems and workflows into scalable training and enablement contentStrong stakeholder management experience across multiple teams, regions, and organizational levelsComfortable presenting to global audiences and senior leadership stakeholdersOperational Mindset & AdaptabilityHighly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly establish structure and operational clarityExperience operating within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across time zonesEducationBachelor’s Degree preferredPay Rate Range$80-90/hr.
