This on-site role will involve managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining sales targets, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and solutions. Qualifications Strong account management and customer relationship-building skillsProficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and communicationAbility to identify new business opportunities and effectively meet sales targetsExperience in workflow management and collaborating with internal teamsProblem-solving capabilities and the ability to deliver solutions to clientsProficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferredProven experience in account management, sales, or a related field in material handling or operational solutions is advantageous
