Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist in manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse operations. The primary responsibility will be supporting the production of aluminum extruded brush products through cutting, assembly, and packing tasks. Key Responsibilities: Operate basic tools and equipment to cut aluminum extrusions to specified lengths. Perform assembly of brush components according to production guidelines. Pack and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality protocols. Assist with warehouse duties, including material handling and inventory organization. Follow all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and quality assurance. Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
