We also are the leading inheritance funding provider through Probate Advance, helping heirs access their inheritance immediately, without the lengthy process of probate.Together, under the Libra Solutions banner, we have relationships with over 40,000 attorneys and over 7,000 healthcare providers nationwide, which gives us an amazing platform to service our customers.Position Summary/Objective: This position is the direct contact for all post-funding functions for their accounts/law firms.This position is based in our Huntersville, NC office.Essential Functions:Manage a book of assets based on accounts/law firms and serve as the primary post-funding firm managerObtain quarterly updates from law firm partnersNegotiate account balance deductions at the conclusion of casesVerify account data is accurateIdentify opportunities for new business or maintenance needs and collaborate with assigned salesperson to accomplishDeliver exceptional customer serviceIdentify opportunities to drive new and recurring businessEvaluate ongoing performance of law firm accounts against the standards of each product and determine proper escalation when neededRequirementsHigh School or GED required1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience is preferredAbility to review and analyze data to render a decisionExceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer serviceAbility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailAdaptability and strong critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to calculate, explain and justify reductions in the context of the broader settlementIndependently handle difficult conversations and identify when escalation is neededEffectively collaborate in a team environment, take ownership of tasks and complete objectives promptlyAbility to understand processes and identify improvement opportunitiesMust be able to work in-office at our office location in Huntersville, NC.BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, 401k with company match and paid time off.
