Tentative Schedule & Roles Wednesday, July 1 (Training + Light Shift) • Kit Stuffing: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM • Mandatory Orientation: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM • Registration / Ticketing / Bag Distribution / Bookstore: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM (Limited to 6 staff - early selection based on availability) Thursday, July 2 (Full Event Day) • Registration / Ticketing / Bag Distribution / Bookstore: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM Exhibit Hall Shifts (1 staff per shift) • 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM • 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM • 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Friday, July 3 • Registration / Ticketing / Bag Distribution / Bookstore: 6:45 AM - 4:00 PM Exhibit Hall Shifts (1 staff per shift) • 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM • 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Saturday, July 4 (Final Day) • Registration / Ticketing / Bag Distribution / Bookstore: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM Exhibit Hall Shift • 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM Please note: Schedule, shift times, and assignments are tentative and subject to change based on event needs.
