The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes..Why join us?401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offBonus opportunitiesGreat CultureWork Life BalanceJob DetailsKey Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsProvide accounting support and reporting for a wholly owned subsidiary, ensuring alignment with corporate accounting policies and performance targetsSupport budgeting and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsCoordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparationMonitor capital expenditures and depreciation schedulesImprove financial processes to streamline monthly closing cycle and enhance accounts receivable and accounts payable performanceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5-7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with ERP systems (e.g., Infor XA, SAP, NetSuite) a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsMaintain ERP GL and make changes as necessaryJoin us and bring your expertise to our team.
