Java Full Stack Developer (AWS)Location: Jersey City, NJWork Arrangement: 5 Days OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-TimeOpenings: 5Experience: 5–7 YearsSalary Range: $130,000–$140,000Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and support a scalable global real estate platform for a leading financial services client.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across backend development, modern web technologies, cloud-native solutions, and microservices architecture. This role will involve working closely with technology, business, and banking stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions using AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, and SQS/SNS.Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.Implement event-driven processing using Kafka or other messaging platforms.Support CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.Participate in code reviews, peer feedback, and evolving technical requirements.Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different time zones.Support platform operations and contribute to scalable, cloud-native application development.Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have5–7 years of hands-on Full Stack Java development experience.Strong experience with Java 8+/11+.Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.Experience developing REST APIs and working with Hibernate/JPA.Front-end development experience with ReactJS or Angular.Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:EC2S3LambdaRDSDynamoDBSQS/SNSIAMExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.Experience with Git and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Good to HaveAWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.Experience integrating AI/ML services or APIs.Banking or Financial Services industry experience.Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.Knowledge of serverless architecture and event-driven design.Familiarity with enterprise API gateway and security integration patterns.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Preferred Candidate QualitiesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working 5 days onsite in a fast-paced financial services environment.Strong collaborative and cross-functional working style.Adaptable and responsive to changing business and platform requirements.Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business audiences.Willingness to incorporate code-review feedback and continuously improve solutions.Work AuthorizationOnly Green Card (GC) and U.S. Citizen (USC) candidates will be considered.Please do not submit visa-dependent or EAD candidates for this requirement.Important Hiring Details5 immediate openingsJersey City, NJ – 5 days onsiteCandidates will initially be employed by Infocepts.After 12 months, candidates are expected to transition to the customer's payroll.Candidates should be available to start immediately.
