About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and support a scalable global real estate platform for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across backend development, modern web technologies, cloud-native solutions, and microservices architecture. This role will involve working closely with technology, business, and banking stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.
Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions using AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, and SQS/SNS.Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.Implement event-driven processing using Kafka or other messaging platforms.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
Participate in code reviews, peer feedback, and evolving technical requirements.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
Support platform operations and contribute to scalable, cloud-native application development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must-Have5–7 years of hands-on Full Stack Java development experience.
- Strong experience with Java 8+/11+.Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Experience developing REST APIs and working with Hibernate/JPA.Front-end development experience with ReactJS or Angular.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:
- EC2S3LambdaRDSDynamoDBSQS/SNSIAMExperience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.Experience with Git and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good to HaveAWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services or APIs.
- Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
- Experience with Terraform or Cloud
Formation.
Knowledge of serverless architecture and event-driven design.
Familiarity with enterprise API gateway and security integration patterns.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
