Join us at Bemis Manufacturing Company, where your passion meets purpose.Position Summary:Our Manufacturing Operators work in a variety of departments and may be responsible for running machines, assembly lines, packaging, driving forklift and other activities as needed.Specific Responsibilities:Note: We are hiring for a variety of our Sheboygan Falls Locations - each facility runs different products which ultimately changes the operator role. We will provide you more specific details of the facility for the open roles. Utilize established methods and tools to ensure product meets quality standards Ability to accurately record production and quality Ability to follow safety rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean workspace Able to communicate issues and improvements so we can continue to grow and be innovative as a team Perform all initial and secondary job requirements proficiently Perform inspection of products Report production figures Keep tools, equipment, and workplace in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. Assist in setup of workstationSkills/Requirements:18+ years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to work any shifts and weekends throughout the summerAbility to communicate effectivelyBe self-motivated and drivenPhysical ability to perform the essential duties of the rolesAbility to follow all safety policies and proceduresReliable attendance and work performanceSuccessful completion of a drug screen and background check
