Innovation AttorneyA leading law firm is seeking an experienced Innovation Attorney to join its team, focusing on enhancing legal service delivery across their Corporate and Real Estate practice areas through innovation and emerging technologies.This position sits at the intersection of legal practice and technology, supporting the adoption of new tools, improving workflows, and driving engagement across key practice areas.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with lawyers to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and legal workflowsDevelop practical solutions, templates, and guidance to support legal deliveryDeliver training and create accessible resources for legal teamsSupport the evaluation and implementation of legal technology toolsAct as a key advisor on the responsible use of innovative solutionsGather user feedback and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsJD Qualified with 2+ years' experience in BigLaw - Corporate (M&A) or Real Estate (essential)Strong understanding of transactional legal processesDemonstrated interest in legal technology and innovationIdeal candidate will have had a 'disrupted' career, stepping away from practising in BigLaw, and stepping in to a Big4, Consultancy, In-House, or Legal Tech House and worked on large-scale Change & Transformation projectsExperience engaging with legal stakeholders in a professional environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of legal service delivery within a highly regarded firm.Please submit your CV as soon as possible to be considered.
