Commercial HVAC Technician Location: Dallas, TX 75219 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and refrigeration systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to provide timely and effective solutions. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to complete projects on schedule. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding system status and repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in HVAC preferred. Minimum of 7 years experience working as a commercial HVAC technician. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. EPA certification for handling refrigerants is required. Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Work Environment This position involves working in commercial buildings, construction sites, and outdoor environments.
