Key Responsibilities• Lead and support the plant quality control team and daily inspection activities • Review welding, fit up, and fabrication work to ensure compliance with industry standards • Manage NDT coordination and maintain inspection documentation • Prepare the facility for certification audits and maintain compliance records • Work closely with production teams, project managers, and external inspectors ? Ideal Candidate Profile• Certified Welding Inspector or ASNT VT Level II qualification • Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing • Previous leadership experience managing quality teams • Strong understanding of welding inspection and NDT processes • Ability to read technical drawings and maintain detailed documentation
