We aim to operationalize this mission through: Virtual and in-person meditation sessions, strength training, and cardio workouts conducted in groups and designed by experienced fitness and wellness coaches to help you build an active and engaging lifestyle. Personalized nutrition guardrails based on your specific goals developed by experienced nutritionists to make sure you are nourishing your body. A community uniquely positioned to motivate you and hold you accountable. As you scale the peaks of your personal health journey, you can lean on support groups made up of others who are on similar health journeys, virtual check-ins with coaches, and IRL active experiences designed to promote movement, mindfulness, and connection. We are currently pre-launch and building out the early team and product in hopes to launch by November 2024. That's Where You Come In! We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Group Meditation + Yoga Instructor to join the founder to help build the early infrastructure of the business. If you have a strong background in group fitness and a desire to educate and motivate others in achieving their fitness goals, we want to hear from you. Current Responsibilities - Lead online and in-person group meditation and yoga sessions. - Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and physiology knowledge - Provide online support through online community platforms like TrueCoach, Everfit, Circle, Slack etc. Desired Experience - Certification in Group Fitness, Yoga, or related field - Strong understanding of program design and physiology Sky is the limit! - You will be an early employee and will have the opportunity to grow in not only the group fitness training role as we grow user base, but in the type impact you have to the business from a leadership standpoint.
