The employer's identity will be shared with qualified candidates during the screening process.* Construction Project Engineer Location: Cherokee, Alabama Work arrangement: On-site Compensation: $99,000 to $126,000 annually We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects through strong documentation, coordination, and field collaboration. Responsibilities * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout materials. * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, field leadership, and the project-management team. * Track budgets, schedules, procurement, and project progress. * Review drawings and specifications and support issue resolution in the field. * Use Bluebeam and related construction technology to maintain accurate project records. Required qualifications * Five or more years of related commercial-construction experience. * Strong experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination. * Proficiency with Bluebeam. * U.S. citizenship or permanent-resident status. * Ability to work on-site in Cherokee, Alabama.
