Before becoming an agent, I was a collegiate baseball player, which helped shape my competitive mindset and team-first approach. I'm married with three kids and stay actively involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce and coaching youth sports. Family and community are important to me, and that carries into how I lead the office. Our agency is a growing team of five, focused on continuous improvement and getting a little better every day. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
