Greenhouse ATS Technical Expert, responsible for configuring and maintaining the Greenhouse ATS platform while integrating it with Oracle HCM and onboarding systems in a full-time contract role. Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure Greenhouse ATS and onboarding platforms to meet user and business requirements Build and maintain data integrations between Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, and onboarding systems Generate data analytics and custom reports for leadership and talent acquisition teamsRequired QualificationsProven technical expertise as a Greenhouse ATS Subject Matter Expert Deep experience configuring end-to-end HRIS systems and automated onboarding workflows Strong background integrating Greenhouse with Oracle HCM and external platform APIs Solid understanding of GDPR compliance, data governance, and SOX audit protocols Hands-on experience with EmpTrust platform configurations is highly preferred
