We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at FlexTime Nurses, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, disabled, and those recovering from illnesses or injuries. Responsibilities Assisting individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Administering medications and following prescribed treatment plans Assisting with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices and equipment Providing companionship and emotional support to individuals Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding Maintaining a clean and safe environment for individuals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid CPR certification Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
