OverviewFront Desk AgentA Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming and providing friendly service to guests of the Golden Nugget hotel and casino.ResponsibilitiesExhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.Provides professional, attentive service to all marina guests.Assists in answering guests’ inquiries concerning accounts and general hotel information.Registers guests, assigns slips, receives and disseminates guests’ messages and mail.Also responsible for posting to guest accounts as appropriate.Secures bank, makes change, accepts payments from guests in settlement of accounts, and deposits as per established policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required.Prior computer experience requiredTwo or more years of office administration experience preferred.Must be guest oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
