PreK Lead Teacher

Robert C. Parker School seeks an experienced, warm, and engaging teacher for its Pre-K class of 2026-27. The Pre-K teacher leads a play-based classroom with an emergent curriculum. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The Pre-K teacher works with colleagues such as the music teacher, PE teacher, and other specialists. This individual must have experience in early childhood education and in communicating effectively with families.For all teaching positions, a Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree and experience in an independent school are preferred.Robert C. Parker School practices a progressive model of education with a thematic, project-based approach that inspires students' curiosity and passion to achieve. We use our 77-acre classroom of meadows, woods, streams, and a pond for learning in all seasons.
