Licensed Home Inspector

Cornerstone Inspection Services, Inc. is a leading home inspection company in Central Indiana and we are for looking 2 licensed home inspectors who are motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team to service the Indianapolis and surrounding area. We are a successful and always growing Carmel based home inspection company that has been in business since 1997. Home inspectors evaluate new or previously owned houses to determine the condition of the home's systems and structure. They often work for prospective home buyers who want to know about potential problems in advance. You would be examining the systems of the home and features including roofing, exterior, attached garage or carport, foundation, interior, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling systems. This is a physically demanding job and will require the inspector to work outside in all elements, move through small spaces, walk on roofs, crawl attics and crawl spaces and get from one location to another quickly/efficiently. Must have strong communication and customer service skills.Must live in Central Indiana.
