Assistant Manager, Process ImprovementLocation: Plainfield, IN, USEpson is a global technology leader dedicated to connecting people, things, and information with its original, efficient, compact, and precision technologies. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Process Improvement to drive operational transformation within our fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support automation strategies, and influence operational performance across the facility.Employee BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance effective Day 1Generous paid time off, including sick time, vacation, and holidaysAnnual bonus program for all employees401(k) plan with company matchingTuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, employee discounts, and much moreWhat You Will Be DoingLead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operationsIdentify and execute projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service levelsPartner cross-functionally to implement process optimization and automation solutionsAnalyze operational data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboardsSupport workflow and space optimization to improve operational efficiencyBuild team capability through coaching, training, and mentoring in process improvement methodologiesDrive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementScope & ImpactSupport operations within a large-scale, high volume distribution environmentLead cross-functional teamsPartner with operations, engineering, and technology teams to implement sustainable improvementsWhat You Will BringProven experience managing and developing leadersLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent experience) strongly preferredA track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvementsExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platformsAbility to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsThe starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $90,000 and $110,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
