Software Engineer

FULL STACK DEVELOPER NEEDEDCity Tele Coin is a growing technology company in Bossier City, LA. Founded in 1986, we serve a stable industry and are looking to bring on additional full-stack software developers. This position is full-time, in-person, and salaried. The right candidate will have knowledge in some or all of the following technologies: javascript, NodeJS, React, PostgreSQL, ExpressJS, PHP, C#, Docker, and Kubernetes. We have a large existing codebase that is being updated, as well as new products and web applications that are in development. The right candidate will be a self-starter with knowledge of both backend and frontend development. The candidate will be comfortable working with small teams of developers and collaborating through Git and Jira. The candidate is comfortable with Linux, we use Fedora or OpenSUSE on our workstations. The candidate takes ownership of the software development process from conception to shipment and through bug-fixing and updates. As we are continuously growing, it is important that the candidate be comfortable working on several projects simultaneously. A college degree in computer science is very relevant to this position, however, an equivalent amount of real-world experience is acceptable as well.
