The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Java and Spring Boot, along with hands-on Angular/TypeScript development. Experience building or integrating AI agents, AI-powered applications, or agentic workflows is highly preferred. The role will work across the full application stack, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend development.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications using modern Java and Spring Boot technologies.Responsible for backend services, APIs, integrations, database development, and distributed application architecture.Contribute to Angular-based frontend experiences.Work in an Agile environment and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.Requirements:5–10 years of professional software development experience in similar technologies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.Experience developing enterprise-scale applications.Experience working in an Agile/iterative software development environment.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Java.Strong experience developing Spring Boot microservices.Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.4 years of frontend development experience, preferably with Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Preferred Skills:Advanced Java development.Spring Boot and microservices architecture.RESTful API development and integration.Distributed systems and enterprise application development.Relational and NoSQL databases.Performance optimization and troubleshooting.Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.Experience integrating Angular applications with RESTful backend services.Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor, Claude, or similar.Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered applications is highly preferred.Experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.Familiarity with concepts such as tool/function calling, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration is a plus.CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based application development.Experience with modern DevOps practices.JIRA and Agile development methodologies.Health insurance or healthcare domain experience preferred.Strong team collaboration and communication skills.Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
