Join us.Position Title: ERP Business Systems AdministratorLocation: Remote / IrvineWork Arrangement: Full TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and versatile ERP Business Systems Administrator to lead the optimization, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This individual will help in managing support requests, improving business processes, and architecting scalable solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.Required Duties And ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and data integrity.Manage, prioritize, and resolve Business Central support tickets, including troubleshooting system issues, addressing user inquiries, and identifying root causes.Conduct end-to-end business process analysis across departments to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Design, document, and implement improved business processes that streamline operations and leverage Business Central capabilities effectively.Architect scalable, future‑ready solutions within Business Central and integrated systems (e.g., CRM, reporting tools, third‑party applications).Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and general maintenance activities, ensuring minimal business disruption.Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and integrations.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.Provide guidance, training, and best practices to end users, supporting adoption and promoting consistent process execution.Partner with IT and external vendors when needed to deliver enhancements, integrations, and support escalations.Required Skills/Qualifications8+ years of professional experience spanning Business Central (or Dynamics NAV), business analysis, and solution architecture.Proven track record translating business needs into effective ERP solutions.Strong understanding of financial, operational, and supply‑chain processes and how they are implemented within Business Central.Hands‑on experience managing ERP system administration, configuration, workflows, and integrations.Expertise with data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting complex system issues.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.EducationBachelor’s in applicable fieldClearance Level Required: noneTravel Required25% or as needed on a project basisWorking ConditionsThe diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 25 lbs.Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work.Work Authorization RequirementCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.Salary: $100,000 - $120,000Salary depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
