Racker / Plater Assistant

Job description Plater assistant be able to select racks/baskets/wires according to the plating process. Properly and safely rack / plate the parts according to the instruction. No experience necessary. we will train in-house. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Be able to verify paperwork and count parts prior to racking * Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things * Perform housekeeping activities in the Racking Area and Plating line KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * No experience necessary * The ability to see details at close range. * Understanding and ability to working safely. Must wear boots, apron and eyes protection on the line. * Ability to listen to and understand basic information and ideas presented in English through spoken words and sentences * Know how to count or use a systematic method of counting PHYSICAL DEMAND * Capable of lifting up to 10-20 pounds * Continuous use of both hands * Work standing most of the time WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT · Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, cold and heat *Shift/ Fulltime* M-F from 7:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m 401K once eligible 40 hours Sick Pay and Holidays Drug screening upon hire _TQP is an equal opportunity employer.
