Resort Maintenance Technician

Island Hospitality Management - - Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the resorts; Complete minor repairs to rental homes and facilities and routine maintenance; Inspect irrigation systems, playgrounds, pool/spa areas, and other recreational amenities for safety and functionality; Maintain resort cleanliness and curb appeal, including grounds maintenance and trash removal; Assist Resort Manager with supervision of service contractors
