What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome customers and seamlessly transition them from Sales to Finance
Build trust-based relationships with customers and teammates
Conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs and payment options
Present clear, transparent, menu-style pricing and protection products
Process finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal regulations
Prepare, audit, and submit deal packages with complete and accurate documentation
Ensure fast and efficient funding of all contracts
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and CSI goals
Deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months of F&I experience
Strong work ethic with self-driven motivation
Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proven ability to close deals while remaining customer-centric and honest
Basic MS Office and computer proficiency
Commitment to maintaining superior CSI
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
