Full Stack Engineer
Overview
In this role you will architect and own the LLM-based platform, shaping high-level technical decisions across Python/Node.js and React. You’ll partner with product managers to translate vision into scalable requirements and drive cross-functional alignment. You’ll ensure peak performance, reliability, and enterprise-grade security while elevating engineering standards and mentoring the team. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of AI innovation and robust software engineering, with a mission to expand access and opportunity in finance.
ResponsibilitiesArchitect and maintain the LLM-based platform and related stack (Python/Node.js, React)Drive technical strategy and collaborate with product managers and stakeholdersDesign scalable, high-performance systems for real-time data processingLead security design for authentication/authorization (Identity Server, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)Set engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across the teamMentor junior/mid-level developers and foster technical growthStay current with AI/LLM trends and evaluate new tools for product intelligenceLead troubleshooting of complex systemic issues and implement proactive monitoringOversee cross-functional alignment between engineering teams
Key requirements4+ years of professional software development with leadership on complex full-stack projectsStrong front-end leadership with React, ES6+ and scalable state managementBackend expertise in Python or Node.js, Express.js, and microservices architectureAdvanced SQL and NoSQL experience with performance tuning and schema designHands-on AWS experience (DynamoDB, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK) is a plusExperience with TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum leadershipAbility to debug distributed systems and optimize real-time data flowsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with LLM/AI, Prompt Engineering, or RAG workflows优秀的沟通能力影响技术方向利于跨职能协作ReactJavaScript ES6+Python
