You take pride in creating opportunity, not waiting for it You enjoy researching accounts and having real conversations with decision-makers You are energized by clear goals, scorecards, and competition You want your performance measured by quality pipeline, not just dials You expect coaching, feedback, and a path forward if you earn it What You’ll Be Responsible For Driving top-of-funnel pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting Targeting and engaging decision-makers in law firms and healthcare organizations Executing structured multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) Conducting discovery-focused conversations to uncover business and IT challenges Qualifying opportunities based on defined criteria and sales readiness Booking high-quality meetings for Outside Sales Executives and leadership Maintaining accurate activity and opportunity tracking in HubSpot Participating in call coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews Consistently hitting or exceeding weekly and monthly meeting goals Top performers are recognized quickly.
