Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Performs repairs listed on work orders and follows the Green Shield Binder process in a timely and professional manner; Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder; Maintains all records as outlined within the Green Shield Binder (PM deficiencies, inspections, life safety, elevator, non-guest room deficiencies); Follows the Green Shield Schedule workflow and uses SOPs to complete tasks per company standards; Maintains organized and clean maintenance area and safeguards all tools; assists with cleaning hotel areas as needed
