You'll be the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the technology team — translating operational needs into scalable solutions and leading a team that delivers them.What You'll DoOwn and oversee all custom-built and commercial software applications across the organization with a focus on ERP Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that move the business forwardBuild and manage departmental budgets, balancing cost efficiency with strategic investmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionalsDrive ERP implementations from scoping through go-liveEvaluate and introduce new tools, methodologies, and platforms that improve how the business operatesCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to technology projectsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree7+ years of experience in technology, atleast 3 years with ERP systemsProven track record managing both custom-developed and commercial off-the-shelf applicationsSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial systemsStrong communicator — equally effective with engineers, executives, and end usersExperience leading ERP implementationsHands-on experience with ERP systems including but not limited to Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics.
