Overview In this role, you will support the DIA CIO in enterprise application portfolio management, modernization, and rationalization efforts. You will work with the Application Services Team to analyze data, track lifecycle status, and provide actionable recommendations. Your work enables alignment with DIA goals and IC ITE requirements, driving efficiency and strategic IT planning. You will engage with stakeholders across divisions to validate data and support cross-functional initiatives. This position offers mission-focused work with impact on national security and ongoing IT modernization. Compensation / BenefitsFlexible time off11 paid holidays401(k) with generous matchFull medical, dental, and vision coverage100% company-paid life insurance and disability benefitsProfessional development assistance ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the Book of Applications (BoA) and the Application Portfolio Management repositoryTrack application lifecycle status, ownership, and dependencies across the enterpriseAnalyze application data to identify redundancies, gaps, and rationalization opportunitiesCreate, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards for AST leadershipIdentify dependencies between IT systems and capabilities using data and process analyticsSupport application rationalization initiatives to reduce redundant capabilitiesAssess enterprise applications for alignment with DIA strategic goals and IC ITE requirementsProvide recommendations for consolidation, migration, or retirement of applicationsCoordinate with CIO divisions (CIO-3, CIO-5B, etc.) on application-related mattersSupport cross-functional collaboration on enterprise IT planning initiativesEngage with application owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data Key requirementsActive TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred8 years of relevant experience with at least part in the last 2 yearsMaster's degree in a related field, or Bachelor's degree with an additional 5 years of senior experience as a substituteTravel within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) as neededCross-functional collaborationStakeholder engagementAnalytical thinkingData analysisReporting and dashboardingApplication portfolio management
