As a crucial member of our team, you will design client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized and implemented with integrity. ResponsibilitiesThe BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of clients. Review data collected in sessions with staff and family, interpret results, and modify the individualized treatment plan accordingly. Provide supervision by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families. Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
