This Value Stream involves a range of activities that ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of materials, supplies, and services, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment.It includes managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and processing payments, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms.The Value Stream also involves managing inventory, tracking receipts, and verifying invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.By integrating these various activities, the Procure to Pay Value Stream enables client to effectively acquire the goods and services needed to support its operations, while also ensuring that payments are made accurately and on time.PTP sub processes:1) Accounts payable 2) Requisition to Procure 3) Procure to Pay Foundational 4) Supplier Shipments & Quality Integration 5) Direct/Indirect Procurement
