BSA/AML Governance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, BSA/AML and Sanctions Governance & Program Enablement. Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of BSA/AML operational policies, procedures, and standards Coordinate BSA/AML training content and ensure alignment with updated procedures Serve as a central point for audit and regulatory exam coordination and response tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; CAMS or similar certification preferred 5+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance operations, or regulatory management Strong experience with policy/procedure development and audit management Ability to write and maintain clear, regulator-ready documentation Strong organizational and project management skills
