Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a LV Switchgear Mechanical Assembler located in Dallas, Texas.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the LV Switchgear Mechanical Assembler role is responsible for assembly of mechanical and electrical components for our switchgear projects.Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat a typical day looks like:Read and interpret work orders, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and prints to manufacture wiring subassemblies for relay and control panelsCrimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plansEnsure wiring is properly labeled and markedConnect cut wires to components, and routing the wire and cables in an orderly fashionEnsure quality workmanship of all wires and componentsMaintain a safe, clean, and orderly work areaComplete other duties as assignedThe experience we're looking to add to our team:High school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in wiring or installing electrical or mechanical components OR completion of a technical vocational programStrong attention to detail and ability to perform work accuratelyKnowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety managementReading comprehension skills with the ability to interpret and follow written directions, blueprints, and engineering diagramsBasic math skills to meet technical specifications and measurementsBasic understanding of tools (ex.
