NY1648530IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC) needed for DFAS in Rome, NY.Pay rate is $89,508 - $144,481 per year.DutiesAs an Information System Security Manager (ISSM), implements and enforces all DoD information system Information Assurance (IA) program policies and procedures for IT applications.Provides assistance and guidance on matters pertaining to the Risk Management Framework.Prepares certification and accreditation packages via the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) automated cybersecurity certification and accreditation system.Serves as expert on all information security matters pertaining to assigned systems.Manages the vulnerability and incident reporting process and is the central point of contact for all assigned systemsDuties will be developmental in nature when the position is filled below the full performance level.QualificationsThis position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense via delegated authority by the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
